Exchange and return policy

General guidelines:

We developed our Exchange and Return Policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078, of September 11, 1990).

You have up to 7 calendar days, from the date of receipt of your purchase, to contact us at contato@filsto.com.br and request the return of your product. The email must contain the reasons for the exchange or return so that we can analyze the order.

It is important to note that:

  • The product must not show any signs of use. It must be sent with the labels and tags (label with the product reference code), duly attached to the product.
  • The products must be adequately packaged, with the order identification and a second copy of the Invoice, sent to: Av. Lima e Silva, nº 2224, Lagoa Nova, Natal/RN, CEP 59.075-710.
  • The first exchange will be free.
  • We do not exchange products purchased on promotions.

For size exchange cases:

It is possible to exchange for another size of products of the same reference (model) and the same color, as long as the product is available. Otherwise, the customer will receive a purchase voucher to be used within 30 (thirty) days.

For cases of regret:

The refund amount will be the amount paid for the parts, which appears on the invoice.

If your payment was made via Pix, bank transfer, boleto or debit card, we will refund your checking account within 10 business days. Please note that this account must belong to the person responsible for the order.

If the payment method was credit card, a refund will be made to the credit card. The credit amount must be identified in up to two invoices after the return is completed.

In cases of manufacturing defects:

The deadline for exchanging defective products is up to 90 (ninety) days after receipt at your address. All products will undergo an analysis by our quality team to verify the origin of the reported problem and if the problem is confirmed, a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days is stipulated for the exchange or repair of the product, and resending it free of charge.

If the purchased item is no longer available, the customer may opt for a gift voucher (to be used within 30 days) or a refund of the amount paid. If there is no defect or failure to comply with any of the conditions described in the previous topics, the product will be available for return shipping to the customer, upon payment of the shipping fee.
